This is the third Canadian Bareback Championship for Vold and it’s is a new Canadian record.
This is the first time in the history of the CFR that a Bareback rider has won three titles in a row.
The last cowboy to do this was Hall of Famer, Dale Trottier.
Dale won seven titles in total: 1969-1974 and again in 1978 – five of which were pre-Canadian Finals Rodeo.
The CFR began in 1974 and Trottier was its first BB Champion.
